Our returns and refunds policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are excluded from the refund. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are personal hygiene or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
